Thank you, Mia, for your recipes, I’ve been looking for Biko Tapol for several months. We traveled to Cebu City where we were treated with this delightful dessert. From what area of the Philippines are you?
Hi Carolyn, I’m from Dalaguete, Cebu. It’s about 80 km south of Cebu City. I hope you tried making biko tapol and liked it.
Hi Mia,
Thank you for sharing your pandesal recipe. This is the only recipe that I kept, amongst the others that I tried. I added butter after 4-6 minutes of kneading and it added fluffiness to the bread..
Thanks again and God bless.
your recipes are my go-to recipes — I am not big on cooking and especially not on Filipino food (because they seem so complex!) but the quarantine has forced me to do more cooking — love love love your simple but very tasty recipes and instructions. thank you!
